Stephanie McDonald, Interim Associate Vice President for Administrative Services

Stephanie oversees this team as well as the Space Planning and Management, Texas Municipal Clerks, and Transportation Services teams. Previously, Stephanie worked as an Associate Commissioner of Institutional Services for the Southland Conference, a Division I FCS athletic conference, located in Frisco, Texas. After graduating from Texas Woman’s University with a degree in Business Administration, Stephanie went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law.

Jerri Grant Robertson, Director of Business Operations Training

Jerri Robertson photoAs the Director for Business Operations Training, Jerri leads training initiatives campus-wide and supports university initiatives by developing, coaching, and providing leadership and compliance training via workshops, eLearning, and Instructional Design. Jerri’s team manages the UNT Learning Management System (LMS) for the Denton Campus. Prior to joining UNT, Jerri founded and operated a professional-development firm based in Dallas and held key positions in several Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Pitney Bowes, and American Airlines. She is a published author who earned her bachelor's degree in Business from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and a Master's Degree in LTECH from UNT and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Learning Technologies. Jerri holds multiple certifications including but not limited to Everything DiSC, Meyer-Briggs, and Franklin Covey.

Nadia Guevara, Director of Finance and Administration Business Process

Nadia Guevara photoNadia provides direction and support to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across the Division units by developing comprehensive and innovative solutions aligning with division and institutional goals and objectives. Provides oversight and implementation support for business planning, operations, process development, and productivity outcomes. Nadia also leads the University’s program on the protection of minors and oversees its policy implementation and compliance across all colleges and divisions. Previously, she led business operations teams in the assessment of internal processes to increase efficiencies. Nadia has experience managing small and large-scale process improvement projects in both non-profit and corporate settings. She has a bachelor’s degree from Langston University and master’s degree from Southern Nazarene University.
